Full Stack Developer (ReactJS/ Python Django)

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 2-year contract (March 2026 – March 2028)
• Position: Full Stack Developer
• Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Clarke Quay/ City Hall)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (2 days wfh)
• Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + Bonus + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS with TypeScript) and backend frameworks (Python Django).
• Build and enhance modules for complex, data-driven systems that integrate AI workflows.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab.
• Create automated testing scripts and quality assurance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with team members and provide technical guidance and feedback.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Experience working in a development team environment and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Git).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, or similar) for developing customized frontend components.
• Proficiency in Python backend frameworks (Django preferred; Flask, FastAPI also acceptable).
• Solid understanding of system design principles and ability to build performant, resilient, and maintainable systems while balancing trade-offs with stakeholders.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience automating testing and deployment for containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience developing software components that integrate AI and data analytics, ideally in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry) is a plus.
• Knowledge of government ICT & SS management policies and their impact on system design is an advantage.
