Software Engineer (SaMD) Medical / Healthcare - Central

Our Client is one of the leading player in healthcare industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Software Engineer (SaMD) to be part of their IT team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities of Software Engineer (SaMD):

• Implement risk management best practices for innovation projects and support adoption/commercialization.
• Maintain ISO 13485 & IEC 62304-compliant quality management processes across projects.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, quality, and risk requirements for Software-as-Medical-Device (SaMD) projects.
• Perform clinical need validation, risk assessments, and de-risking of proposed solutions.
• Support project management, grant recommendations, milestone tracking, and KPI achievement.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 5 - 8 years of experience in full software development life cycles.
• Familiar with framework such as GCP, AWS, SQL and Azure is required.
• Exposure to ISO and Quality/Risk Management aspects in healthcare or medical context is a bonus.
