Legal Case Assistant

Location: Singapore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $3,500 - $4,500/month About the Role Agnos develops scalable and cost-effective enterprise solutions for law firms and professional service businesses. We are hiring a Legal Case Assistant to support our attorneys with immigration matters. This is an entry-level role designed for new or recent graduates from top universities who want to build a long-term career in business immigration (case assistant/paralegal track) within a growing company. Key Responsibilities • Draft immigration filings and prepare supporting forms and documentation • Draft supporting letters and case correspondence • Assist attorneys with active immigration cases, including case organization and document tracking • Requirements • Candidates must be currently authorized to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship. • Graduating this year or graduated within the past year • Bachelor’s degree in law, legal studies, business, humanities, or a related field (preferred) from a top university • Strong written English, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes This role is intended for candidates pursuing long-term growth in a paralegal/case assistant pathway. We are not seeking qualified lawyers or law graduates planning to practice law.
