Security Engineer

NetXpose PTE Ltd is expanding in Singapore, and we are looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to take ownership of security operations, assessments, and hardening across our environments and customer projects.

This is a delivery-focused role — you will implement, enforce, and improve security, not just report on it.

Your Role at NetXpose

As a Security Engineer, you will:

• Security Audits & Assessments
  Perform vulnerability assessments, technical audits, and security reviews across systems and infrastructure

• Patch Management Strategy
  Design and enforce structured patching processes for servers, endpoints, and network/security devices

• Vulnerability Management
  Analyze tools like Nessus, prioritize risks, and drive remediation to closure

• System & Network Hardening
  Apply security baselines and ensure systems are configured securely

• Security Architecture Support
  Contribute to secure design and implementation of customer solutions

• Incident Support
  Assist in investigation and response to security events

• Security Platforms
  Work with firewalls, SIEM (e.g. Graylog), monitoring (Zabbix), and endpoint protection

• Documentation & Compliance
  Deliver clear audit reports and support frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2

• Client Interaction
  Participate in technical discussions and advisory sessions with customers

What You Must Bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
  (audits, patching, remediation — not just monitoring)

• At least one recognized security certification, such as:

  • CISSP

  • IEC 62443

  • CISA

  • or equivalent

• Proven experience in:

  • Vulnerability scanning & remediation

  • Patch management processes

  • System and infrastructure hardening

  • Security audits / compliance work

Additional Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment

Compensation

• Base Salary: SGD 5,000/month, depending on qualifications.

• Performance Bonus: Additional compensation per project based on defined KPIs and delivery outcomes, Excelent medical plan.
