ServiceNow Integration Lead

Integration Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end integration architecture between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g. HR, ERP, CRM, Identity, Finance).
Define integration patterns, data models, error handling, and security standards.
Ensure integrations are scalable, resilient, and upgrade-safe.
Integration Development
Build and maintain integrations using: IntegrationHub & Spokes, REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, Scripted REST APIs and scheduled jobs
Develop and maintain data transformations, mappings, and orchestration flows.
Platform & Security
Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, certificates).
Ensure compliance with enterprise and public sector security standard
Manage ACLs, roles, and data access controls related to integrations.
Technical Leadership
Act as the technical lead for integration workstreams.
Review designs and code produced by other developers.
Provide guidance on best practices, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
Delivery & Collaboration
Work closely with solution architects, platform architects, and module leads (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine).
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical design reviews, testing, and
production deployment
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilisation.
Documentation & Support
Produce integration design documents, interface specifications, and runbooks.
Support incident analysis, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
