Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who is able to:
• Communicate in Mandarin (Important).
• Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
• Handling project works order and service reports.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Inventory management.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Maintains accurate records for employee leaves.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Provide administrative support for operations team and assist colleagues whenever necessary.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
