IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Financial/ Banking)

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a IT Infrastructure Project Manager. The key responsibilities include overseeing the project from start to finish, managing and motivating the team members, and liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Planning, coordination, status reporting and Project execution
• Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets user expectations
• Plans out the blueprints for the project, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and defining testing strategy
• Assemble and leads the project team by directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
• Creates the project budget and ensures the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
• Oversees consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion
• Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plan and/or resources to meet the needs of internal customers
• Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, schedule and risks

Qualifications:

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required
• At least 10 years IT work experience, with at least 7 years in managing projects
• Experience with IT infra, including Systems & IOS upgrade, Data Centre, Network, VDI, End Point upgrades, Collaboration Services, Data Loss Prevention etc.
• Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
• Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.)
• Demonstrate sense of urgency and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
• Experience in Financial and Banking industry preferred
