FX Product Manager – Private Banking

Role Overview

The FX Product Manager is responsible for managing and developing foreign exchange products for Private Banking clients, ensuring competitive, compliant, and client-focused FX solutions across advisory, discretionary, and execution-only offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the FX product offering for Private Banking, including spot, forwards, swaps, options, and structured FX solutions.
• Define product strategy, development, and lifecycle management aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, FX Sales, and Trading to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Support client transactions, pitches, and complex FX structures as a subject matter expert.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, suitability, and risk management requirements.
• Monitor product performance, revenues, and client usage; drive enhancements where needed.
• Coordinate with Operations and Technology to ensure efficient execution and booking processes.
• Deliver FX product training and insights to Private Banking teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Min 8- 15 years’ experience in FX products, trading, sales, or product management, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of FX markets and derivatives.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and client-centric mindset.
