Finance Business Partner

A fast-growing firm within the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to support its Europe operations. This role will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to provide insightful financial and operational KPI reporting, conduct monthly performance and variance analysis, and support cost management initiatives across the business – especially pertaining to supply chain finance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing control frameworks, identifying potential gaps across operational, financial, regulatory risk areas, and driving key action plans where required. Working closely with both regional and global teams, the candidate will support initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness, enhancing controls, and aligning processes with broader business objectives.

Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, with at least 10 years of relevant FP&A experience with Supply Chain Finance and Inventory Management background.  You are also comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement and frequent travel across Europe.
