• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm,
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $7000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Product Lifecycle Management – Oversee commercialization activities and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
• Forecasting & Performance – Develop product forecasts, track financial results, and ensure business objectives are met.
• Market Introduction – Execute launch plans and manage performance at the individual product level.
• Pricing Strategy – Establish and refine operative pricing guidelines, including VPA structures and limits.
• Marketing Support – Contribute to product strategy development and assist with Bluebook preparation.

Requirement

• Minimum degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Experience in cables or sealants application is considered an advantage.
• Proven successes and experience in leading complex pricing negotiations with lead or focus customers
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
