Process Engineering Manager

Lead sustaining engineering and process optimization initiatives to improve manufacturing yield, quality, cost, and operational robustness. Manage and develop a team of Process Engineers while driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting stable, efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and sustaining engineering activities.
• Improve yield, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of Process Engineers.
• Support production, equipment, and process troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as yield, scrap, downtime, OEE, and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
