Product Manager (Payments / KYC / Trading / Platform; Regulated FinTech, High-Ownership Role)

My Client:

My client is a Singapore-based, MAS-licensed fintech company building production-grade financial infrastructure across digital payments, cross-border settlement, and digital asset services. Provides end-to-end platforms that enable enterprises and financial institutions to move money, manage risk, and scale digital asset offerings in a compliant and secure manner. The team is based in Singapore and works closely with engineering, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders globally.

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will own and drive key product areas within the regulated fintech platform. Domains such as payments infrastructure, onboarding and KYC/KYB, trading and OTC workflows, platform applications, growth and incentive mechanisms etc..

You will work on products that power real financial flows in production, balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, and system scalability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core fintech products, from problem definition and roadmap planning to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Translate complex business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans.
• Work closely with Engineering to design scalable, API-driven systems that operate reliably in production environments.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory and operational standards across markets.
• Drive cross-functional execution, prioritisation, and delivery in a fast-moving but highly regulated environment.
• Define and track product success metrics, using data and feedback to continuously improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Support go-to-market, client onboarding, and internal enablement where required, ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.
• Participate in product discovery, trade-off discussions, and long-term platform evolution.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working as a Product Manager on production systems, preferably within fintech, payments, financial services, or other regulated environments.
• Strong product fundamentals, including PRD writing, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and execution ownership.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and understand system-level trade-offs, APIs, and operational constraints.
• Experience in areas such as payments, KYC/AML, trading systems, platform products, or growth mechanisms is a strong advantage, but not limited to a single vertical.
