Cybersecurity Director

Role Overview As the Head of the Bitdeer AI Cloud Security Department, the Cybersecurity Director leads the global security strategy, technical architecture, and organizational management for the AI compute cloud. Beyond high-level governance, the Director is deeply involved in the entire security lifecycle—guiding and participating in technical design and discussions across specialized domains (Application Security, Architectural Isolation, DevSecOps, and Threat Intelligence) to ensure the sophistication and consistency of the security defense system.

Core Responsibilities

• Security Strategy & Architectural Governance Responsible for the overall organizational design of the security department and global security budget management. Ensure that the security roadmap is highly aligned with Bitdeer AI Cloud’s business objectives.
• Deep Technical Engagement & Decision-Making Directly participate in the technical design of key areas, including application security, cloud-native architecture, and infrastructure hardening. Provide expert advice and drive decision-making closures during complex, cross-functional, and cross-domain security technical discussions.
• Compliance Assets & Product Narrative Lead the implementation of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks within the AI Cloud business. Responsible for the authoring of the AI Cloud Security Whitepaper to translate technical security capabilities into market-facing narratives.
• Automation & Technical Innovation Drive the automation of security operations and governance. Explore innovative protection solutions specifically tailored for unique scenarios within AI compute clouds.

Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead a team of security experts. Enhance the team’s overall technical problem-solving capabilities through rigorous technical reviews and deep collaborative engagement.
