The Role
Be part of a fast-paced design studio and support the team through project administration, office operations, and travel coordination—helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
• Support architects in preparing, organising, and managing project documentation.
• Maintain clear filing systems and keep track of project correspondence, reports, and records.
• Assist project teams in meeting deadlines by coordinating and circulating documents efficiently.
Office & Travel Administration
• Provide day-to-day office support, ensuring the workspace is well maintained and organised.
• Monitor and track costs for stationery, pantry supplies, and courier services.
• Manage procurement of office supplies, name cards, and pantry items.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, mail handling, and courier arrangements.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and verify invoices for payment processing.
• Support staff travel coordination, including flights, visas, and hotel arrangements.
Requirements
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
