Hiring Accounting Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

• Process journal entries and maintain General Ledger (GL)

• Bank reconciliation and monthly closing

• Prepare financial reports and management reports

• Assist with CPF, payroll verification and statutory submissions

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities

• Ensure proper documentation and internal control compliance

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Proficient in SAP (FICO preferred)

• Minimum 2–3 years relevant working experience

• Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage

• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards

• Good knowledge of CPF, IRAS and statutory compliance

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple entities
