🧩 Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA on RISE Implementation & Technical Delivery

• Lead technical design, development, and customization of SAP solutions including:Custom programs, Fiori applications, BTP apps, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements using ABAP on HANA.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting to ensure robust, high‑quality deliverables.
• Drive S/4HANA data migration and transformation efforts during implementation and upgrade phases.
• Ensure seamless end‑to‑end technical build in collaboration with SAP, SI partners, and internal business teams.

System Performance, Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Perform root cause analysis across SAP S/4HANA, BTP services, and 3rd‑party integrated systems.
• Optimize and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring system stability, scalability, and availability.
• Manage and fine‑tune SAP HANA databases for efficient data processing and query performance.

SAP BTP, Fiori & Integration Management

• Configure and support SAP BTP components including Workzone.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between S/4HANA, BTP, and surrounding business applications.
• Support enhancements, maintenance, and continuous development of SAP solutions on the S/4HANA platform.

Operations, Upgrades & Post‑Go‑Live Support

• Manage SAP patch upgrades, OS patching cycles (monthly/quarterly), and ongoing system maintenance.
• Transition from implementation support to operational management of the SAP landscape.
• Drive continuous improvements, automation, and optimization in production.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on SAP ABAP development & administration experience.
• Strong expertise in:SAP custom development, reports, interfaces, enhancementsSAP HANA DB optimization techniquesS/4HANA development tools and processes
• Good working knowledge of: SAP patch upgradesOS patchingIntegration troubleshooting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• SAP ABAP on S/4HANA Certification required.
• Bonus: Background in SAP BASIS, Fiori, or BTP.
