Application Developer (Service Now)

We are looking for application developer to priorities experience in Security Operations (SecOps – Vulnerability Response).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, Security Operations – Vulnerability Response).

• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate processes.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other supported integration methods.

• Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.

• Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.

• Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (or equivalent relevant module certification).

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and/or Security Operations (Vulnerability Response).

• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions using low-code/no-code capabilities within enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Completion of ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.

• Completion of ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.

• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
