Network Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 network security operations support

• Respond to incident calls and ensure SLAs are met

• Perform network changes in line with Change Management processes

• Ensure compliance with internal and client policies, processes, and standards

• Prepare network analysis reports with detailed findings

• Participate in operational review meetings and ticket reviews

• Support improvement initiatives and ongoing projects

• Conduct project-to-operations handover after commissioning

• Provide internal knowledge transfer and team training

• Maintain and update operations documentation (technical documents, CMDB, etc.)

• Participate in standby duty and extended support when required

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in network operations and administration

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Cisco Routers / Switches / WLAN

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / IT or related field

• Cisco CCNP certification (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies

• Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments

Automation (Preferred)

• Ansible / Chef / Algosec
