Junior/Senior Cloud Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and administer network, operating systems, storage, and backup solutions.
• Support system development tasks, including design, implementation, integration, and testing.
• Provide 24×7 on-call support on a rotating basis; troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize unplanned outages.
• Create and maintain technical and programmatic documentation for efficient planning and execution.
• Coordinate with external parties and customers to resolve system-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including OS and networking.
• Passion for new technologies and ability to quickly learn new skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Advantageous skills: Networking / CCNA, VMware NSX, Virtualization (VMware, vSphere)
