Business Analyst

•We are seeking a Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Blockchain-enabled Payments, and ISO 20022 orchestration.

•The candidate will lead requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops for DLT-based inter-branch settlement and real-time liquidity management solutions.

•Strong expertise in ISO 20022 (pain.001, pain.002, pacs.008, camt.xxx) and CBPR+ migration is mandatory.

•Drive Stablecoin lifecycle orchestration including minting, burning, fiat-to-crypto conversion, and programmable smart contract settlement logic.

•Bridge legacy core banking systems with digital asset ecosystems and blockchain platforms.

•Lead payment modernization initiatives across ASEAN markets including bulk payments, FileACT (AMH), RFTS, and API-based integrations.

•Own end-to-end business analysis activities including As-Is/To-Be modelling, gap analysis, BRD/FRD documentation, and traceability matrix management.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (MAS, fraud prevention controls, transaction security enhancements).

•Work in Agile/Scrum environments managing backlog, SIT/UAT cycles using JIRA and Confluence.

•CBAP/CSM/CSPO certified professionals with Tier-1 banking experience will be highly preferred.
