FX Business Analyst/ Project Manager

We are looking for an FX Business Analyst/ Project Manager to join the APAC GM Front2Back team.

The APAC GM Front2Back team delivers services to its clients on the Global Markets perimeter. This team is responsible for managing regional projects, coordinating and implementing global projects affecting the APAC region mainly for the Global Market perimeter across FIC, G10, Rates, Commodities and other Equity derivatives business lines.

This is a hands-on role, which will develop a good understanding of Global Markets and Treasury business areas, processes and various Front to Back layers, strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy when defining business specifications and testing scenarios.

An ideal candidate would come with a strong of experience working in the Investment Banking domain as a technical-functional business analyst/project manager delivering front-to-back topics.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle stakeholder management, and governance steering, and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Focus on improving end-to-end efficiency and develop a clear vision of target processes, including possible innovation/digital enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end projects, including scoping, execution, testing, and production, fostering a strong project culture with reporting and stakeholder management.
• Conduct end-to-end studies, define architecture and solutions, and act as a subject matter expert on specific domains, performing analysis when required.
• Provide production support with functional expertise as needed.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end tests, UAT, change management, and go-live support.
• Collaborate effectively in a matrix environment with regional and central IT teams and clients.
• Conduct training for Business Users and APS team before the functional project go-live and prepare support documents on the wiki/SharePoint.
• Contribute to team resource development and effectively share functional and technical knowledge with teammates.

Candidates should have/be able to demonstrate:

• 8+ years front office FX trading project experience, either as a BA or PM
• Strong hands-on product knowledge and understanding of Capital Market deal flow from pricing to booking, risk management and back office, especially on FICC instruments – FX and derivatives.
• Experience working in front-to-back projects and strong exposure to Booking, PNL & Risk, Post trade functions – Settlements, confirmation, Reconciliation, and Accounting.
• Strong domain knowledge in front-to-back trade flows and processes
• Able to produce high-quality specifications and documents for traders and developers to follow
• Great communication and relationship-building skills to navigate effectively with stakeholders across the organizations.
