Job Descriptions:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for airport operational analytics and business reporting
• Develop data solutions using modern enterprise data platforms tailored to operational requirements
• Optimize data architectures for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance airport operations and business processes
• Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions using enterprise AI platforms
• Design conversation flows aligned with operational user journeys and business objectives
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand real user needs
• Perform chatbot testing, evaluation, and iterative refinements based on user feedback and analytics
• Implement automation workflows and AI-driven applications.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Partner with airport operational teams and corporate business units to deliver data-driven insights
• Engage and collaborate with external vendors and technology partners

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prefer atleast 4-5 years of working experience as Data Engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, AI fundamentals and Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience with PySpark or distributed data processing frameworks, Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as SageMaker, Glue, Lambda, and related technologies
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
