Professional Qualifications:

Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting high-tech environments using Cisco networking solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Switches, Access point and Firewall
• Strong expertise in wired, wireless, and VPN network support, with a focus on enterprise-level networks.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance and security.
