Software Tester (Manual & Automation)

Job Summary We’re looking for Manual or Automation Testers to join a leading regional entertainment and hospitality company on a 12-month renewable contract. You’ll help ensure software quality across desktop, web, and mobile applications supporting guest services and interactive experiences. Mandatory Skill-set • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; • Must have 1–5 years of software or application testing experience (Manual: 1+ years, Automation: 2–5 years); • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, Neoload); • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; • Ability to prepare test cases, test data, and execute manual/automated scripts; • For Automation: experience designing reusable scripts for functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests. Desired Skill-set • Exposure to UAT and defect tracking; • Ability to collaborate with analysts, developers, and end users; • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Responsibilities • Prepare test cases, test artefacts, and Requirement Traceability Matrix based on functional specifications or user stories; • Develop test data and execute manual and/or automated test scripts; • Analyse test results to identify bugs, predict user behavior, and suggest solutions; • Assist business users in performing UAT and coordinate with developers/analysts; • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca or Neoload (for Automation); • Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using reusable scripts; • Document testing activities, produce daily/summary reports, and track issues through resolution; • Ensure timely delivery and smooth transition of tested solutions to production.
