Employment Details

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Depot Road, Bukit Merah

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)

Salary: $ 5000 - 7000 with variable bonuses

Working Arrangement: Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of enterprise systems (including SAP)

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security

• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system issues

• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Experience in systems management, application support, or IT operations

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, databases, or middleware will be an advantage

• Willingness to learn SAP and IT standards

• Knowledge of ITIL or service management processes will be an advantage
