Senior Data Engineer (Databrick)

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
• Proven experience refactoring legacy systems into modern data frameworks
• Strong track record of building and maintaining scalable, production-grade data pipelines
• Experience working with diverse data sources and formats
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Additional Technical Skills:

• Data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT and pipeline design
• PySpark for building and optimizing data pipelines (DataFrames, Spark SQL)
• Databricks experience (workspaces, clusters, notebooks, job orchestration)
• Familiarity with Databricks Workspace AI Agent
• Data modeling (dimensional, Data Vault, or lakehouse architectures)
• Delta Lake (ACID transactions, schema evolution, optimization)
• Strong Python skills for data processing and automation
