Process Engineer (Machine Data & Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Perform process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure stable production output, yield, and product quality.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis tools to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure long-term process stability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve operational issues and improve overall equipment and process efficiency.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including process qualification, validation, and documentation in compliance with industry and quality standards.
• Leverage data analysis and process insights to support decision-making and improve manufacturing performance.
