The Job

This will be a 6months contract located at Changi Business Park.

Analyze and document business requirements for the Fund Services Project, ensuring alignment with regional and global operational standards and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Fund Services Project
Provide subject matter expertise and support to the regional Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations team, addressing operational challenges and driving continuous improvement
Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new product offerings, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize operational performance and mitigate risks

The Talent

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a project management or business analysis capacity
Strong understanding of fund administration, securities processing, and fiduciary services operations
We are looking for a subject-matter in Fund Accounting space, therefore BAU background in this area is mandatory. More specifically exposure in Hedge Funds, Alternative Funds, Private Equities Funds will be beneficial. If the candidate has experience using Multifonds system as Fund Accounting platform, this would be a significant advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
