Business Analyst - DCS - KT

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with portfolio managers to understand their business requirements, and translating these business requirements to technical requirements, and vice versa

Design, test and implement processes/tools/systems in partnership with in-house IT, risk, and finance teams as well as external software vendors and service providers to support the front-office investment workflow

Develop and write test plans for system, process and product upgrades, as well as participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Develop and maintain user guides and documentations relating to processes/tools/systems implemented for front-office investment workflow

Plan and work with multiple departments in MAS – on implementing road maps of desired front-office workflow, including feature development and upgrades

Ensure front-office processes and procedures meet internal standards for data integrity, security and auditability

Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot front-office processes to ensure their smooth functioning. This includes liaising with the in-house IT department as well as external service provider in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issue

Manage project implementations with vendors and service providers, covering procurement and related administrative issues

Oversee change management to facilitate new product and/or system adoption, including possible re-engineering of workflow and processes.

**Looking for Business Analyst with minimum 4 years of relevant experience specifically in risk management and/ or trade processing domain / system, including but not limited to Murex, SimCorp Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River.
