Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams
Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, change management, and post-implementation support
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments of system changes or enhancements
Work with data teams to support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting efforts
Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and internal compliance guidelines
Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, and user guides
