Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and requirements activities, working in close collaboration with the business units and the various technical teams and vendors.
  • Define, review, requirements across full end to end systems to ensure the business needs and objectives are met and ensure that all the technical team has full understanding of the requirements for development
  • Balance new business demands to ensure cost efficiency without compromising the deliverables.

Skills/Requirement

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
  • Should have strong experience in Life Insurance
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and processes.
  • Familiarity with policy administration systems (e.g., Ingenium, LifeAsia, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation skills.
  • Certifications like PMP, CBAP, or insurance-specific diplomas (SCI, LOMA, FLMI) are an advantage.
