Technical Support Engineer (Steel Structural Component)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical queries from clients and consultants
• Support production and sales teams (pre- and post-sales) on product submissions, proposals, and quotations
• Assist in value engineered technical designs using structural engineering calculations and codes
• Work with production and engineering teams to align client requirements for solution standardization and future development
• Conduct on-site installation training and periodic inspections
• Process and manage client orders

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proactive with good customer handling skills
• Initiative, responsible, and detail-oriented
