Job Description

Develop ATE test program, test hardware and bench evaluation board for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.
Research new test methodology for better test coverage and test time reduction.
Work with multi-functional team to meet new product release schedule
Proficiency in C++ Programming
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
