Senior Digital Product Manager (JT) (Cards, Deposits, Lending)

1. Define, Plan and Build

a) Oversee the development of new products & features, from inception to launch in thebanking product domain such as cards, lending, deposits

b) Define opportunities in target customer segments, across key customer journeys fromonboarding, servicing, fraud and reward management

c) Develop product brief along with economic model of the new product / feature proposed

d) Ensureworld-class customer experience via rigorous research and usability testing

2. Collaborate

a)Hyper-communicate, challenge, debate and pivot as part of the productdevelopment cycle.

b) Share and seek insights from other team members and across the organization

c) Ensure alignment across regional and country stakeholders

3. Inspire and be inspired

a) Be a thought leader in the products & features assigned. Have a view and be ready to articulate the reasons why.

b) Seek global benchmarks from within and outside the industry for inspiration

4. Manage

a) Work with teams across different functions, locations to ensure book of work delivery

b) Ensure timely progress being tracked and reported
