Key Responsibilities

· - Lead business analysis efforts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

· - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

· - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and project teams.

· - Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

· - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

· - Monitor project progress and proactively address issues and risks.

· - Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Requirements

· - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

· - Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in a similar role.

· - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management frameworks.

· - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

· - Proficiency in project management tools and business analysis techniques.

· - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· - Certification in PMP, CBAP, or similar is a plus.
