Job Description
Responsibilities
• Cleaning & Maintenance
• Cleaning and sanitisation of offices premises like meeting and training rooms.
• Dust and clean furniture, equipment (like coffee machines, copiers) and fixtures.
• Clean floor surface by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of the floors.
• Empty trash bins and dispose wastes.
• Room Setup and De Setup
• Set up training rooms which include arranging partitions, chairs, set up audio visual equipment etc.
• Miscellaneous
• Replenish office cleaning and beverage supplies when low in supply.
• Respond to maintenance and safety issues matter.
• Special cleaning projects and handles ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
• Min GCE “O” Level
• Preferably someone with two (2) years’ experience in routine maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of office, equipment, facilities upkeep.
• Able to read, write, communicate in basic English language.
• Must be physically strong and fit due to the physical nature of work to clean, to carry, to move partition and to set up the necessary etc.
• Available and willing to work on weekends to support the Company’s events and / or launches when required.
Other Information
• Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
• 5.5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, Saturdays: 7.00am to 11.00am
