SAP Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant (MNC Consumer)

SAP Business Analyst who can support process improvement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination across SAP-driven initiatives.

Understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP enhancements and projects.

1. Business Requirements & Process Analysis

• Engage business users to gather, validate, and document requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare functional documents such as BRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support process mapping and ensure alignment with best practices.

2. Project Coordination & Change Management

• Support project managers in planning, tracking deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing business cases, project materials, and status updates.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions between business teams and the SAP delivery team.
• Support change impact analysis and ensure proper communication of changes to end users.

3. Testing & UAT Support

• Develop test scenarios and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track issues, document defects, and follow through to resolution.
• Ensure smooth handover and readiness for deployment.

4. User Support & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a point of contact for business queries related to SAP processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues (no technical debugging required).
• Support training, documentation, and onboarding of new users.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and system adoption.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields.
• 4 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or application support.
• Exposure to SAP environments
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
