Technical Lead (Java Development)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A well‑established technology services company delivering IT solutions, infrastructure support, and outsourced operational services. It works with clients across various sectors to enhance efficiency and strengthen digital capabilities.

This is 12- month agency contract role (renewable/extendable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Support deployment activities and ensure system stability in production

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong hands-on experience with middleware configuration and deployment
• Proven experience in Java application development
• Solid knowledge of Oracle databases
• Experience with NTT DATA intra-mart (e.g., platform setup and application development)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar
• Exposure to test automation or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
