Job Summary

Lead and coordinate technical delivery for IT projects, ensuring solutions meet requirements, comply with standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate across teams to manage risks, dependencies, and testing for successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, to meet project requirements within budget and schedule
• Collaborate with application teams to manage technical dependencies and ensure seamless solution integration
• Monitor and manage risks and issues related to technical delivery, escalating impacts on schedule promptly with proposed resolutions
• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery progress to the Project Manager
• Partner with System Analysts and Business Solution Specialists to gather, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with Architects and Development Leads to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards
• Work with Development Managers to oversee application teams building enhancements
• Coordinate with Test Managers to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality outcomes
• Manage and coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure smooth production cutover and adequate post-implementation support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in digital banking industry preferred (helps contextualize domain-specific delivery)
