TEKsystems is hiring a Business Analyst to support ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives across core insurance functions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance workflows and support system-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with underwriting, claims, and policy administration teams to gather and analyse business requirements
Translate requirements into business and functional specifications (e.g. BRDs, user stories, FSDs)
Support system enhancements and changes across core insurance platforms
Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiency
Support initiatives relating to data, reporting, or portfolio insights where required

Requirements

3 – 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry or relevant experience.
Strong exposure to commercial / corporate insurance (P&C) such as property, engineering/construction & marine.
Experience working with business stakeholders across underwriting, claims and policy administration.
Experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, or modernisation initiatives
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across both business and technical teams
