Educator (Tuition Teacher)

Job Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individual students and small groups. • Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance their learning journey. • Monitor and assess student progress, addressing any challenges proactively. • Support students in exam preparation and the development of critical thinking skills. • Collaborate with the curriculum team to create and refine learning materials (e.g., worksheets, quizzes, lesson plans). • Ensure all materials align with the MOE syllabus and reflect best teaching practices. • Research and incorporate innovative teaching strategies and resources. • Assist with administrative tasks related to classroom preparation and resource management. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational development initiatives. • Support tuition center events, workshops, or activities as needed. • Optionally, contribute to social media content creation related to educational material. Requirements: • At least 2 years of teaching and/or professional tutoring experience. • A diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field. • Teaching certification ( not mandatory).
