• Partner with cross-departmental teams to uncover high-impact opportunities. Build AI/ML models
• From concept to production, lead the development of models that assess payment behavior, creditworthiness, and support automated decision-making systems.
• Design and execute structured experiments, A/B tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance marketing and lifecycle programs.
• Lead initiatives that power smarter credit decisions, optimize credit limits, and minimize risk—using cutting-edge models and data-driven insights.

skills and requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, or a related field
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Deep technical and data science expertise in ML Modelling, LLM, GenAI (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), linear regression, time series forecasting, segmentation
• Skilled in SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, and Databricks and Power BI
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AWS, GCP) and ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
