Job Summary

This role supports manufacturing operations by leading the installation, qualification, and integration of new production equipment. You will drive equipment improvement, predictive maintenance, and process automation initiatives while collaborating with manufacturing teams to analyze equipment data and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, qualification, and integration of new production equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities
• Drive continuous equipment improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reliability
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Develop and execute process automation projects to increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with manufacturing process teams to analyze equipment data and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during equipment installation and operation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Optical Engineering, Photonics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in equipment or process engineering within laser, optics, or semiconductor manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with cleanroom and optical laboratory settings
