Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager.
Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python,JavaScript) – hands-on experience preferred.
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications, APIs, and systems.
Experience with incident management and production support environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior hands-on experience in development, QA, or SRE roles.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics).
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
