Job Description
The Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Operation scheduling
• Planning and executing customers instructions on vessels operation, inter tank transfers, inter terminal transfers etc
• Ensure that tasks or instructions from the customers are verified before sending to Ops team
• Initiate order creation, documentation process and final closing in TMS
• Prioritise activities to complete tasks in a timely manner
Vessel scheduling
• Coordinate vessel nomination and vetting for customers
• Planning for vessels movement efficiently without delays.
• Liaising and solving issues with external parties like shipping agents, surveyors and customers on berthing schedule.
• Checking on forward vessel schedule for any potential problems which may lead to delays
• Liaising with Jurong Port Berthing Team on matters which may affect berthing at JPTT
Managing Inventories
• Ensuring that any oil movement are accounted for and recorded in JPTT’s Terminal management System (TMS).
• Routine reporting of inventories to the customers.
• Resolve inventories discrepancy issues with customers whenever applicable
Reports and documentation
• Ensure that Customs reporting is done for all shipments in a timely manner
• Liaising with Customs on license renewal/application matters
• Ensure all invoices are verified and sent to customers and shipping agents timely
• Reporting of weekly inventory report to relevant authorities e.g. EDB and Enterprise SG
• Generate monthly inventories and pipeline transfer reports to customers
• Sorting and submitting of scan/physical shipping and tank-transfer documents to customers
The Requirements
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Preferably with oil movement knowledge and experience
• Possess excellent communication, planning and coordinating skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Able to be on standby
