Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end IT and engineering project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Manage full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Develop and communicate project plans, defining roles, objectives, deliverables, schedules, critical paths, and risks to teams and customers.
Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resource allocation to maximize revenue and margin.
Establish risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project changes with impact analysis, resolution, and contingency planning.
Lead and mentor high-performance project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Maintain proactive relationships with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and managing escalations.
Support pre-sales activities, including developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with solution teams.

Requirements:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience managing large-scale IT and engineering integration projects with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of government security standards is a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CITPM, CISSP) preferred.
Experience in turnkey development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale, multi-platform, multi-vendor IT and engineering systems.
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects in government or commercial sectors.
Strong skills in project management, service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, quality assurance, and negotiation.
Demonstrated leadership in staff management, motivation, performance appraisal, and professional development.
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
