Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters. What You'll be Doing • Provide legal support and services for company operations, avoiding and preventing legal risks. • Responsible for drafting and reviewing various business contracts (including Chinese and English contracts), legal documents; participate in contract negotiations and daily consultations. • Handle litigation cases involving the company and other litigation-related legal matters. • Assist business departments in managing front-to-back process risk controls, providing professional opinions and advice. • Undertake other duties assigned by superior leaders. Who We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, with at least 8 years of working experience, preferably with experience in legal affairs within the internet industry • Native fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to review contracts in both languages and effectively communicate with Chinese and English speaking stakeholders • Passed the local legal professional qualification examination • Possesses strong comprehensive judgment, logical analysis, and communication coordination abilities • Positive attitude, proactive, team player Address: 30 Raffles Place #21-01, Singapore 048622
