Account Manager (IT Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Generate, maintain, and develop sales forecasts for allocated customer accounts
• Develop a new customer base through cold-calling, relationship management, and industry contacts
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources for successful solutions
• Achieve sales quotas by identifying and converting business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Understand IT product solutions and services to effectively present value propositions
• Participate in negotiations to successfully close sales
• Report on customer activities and market trends in weekly sales meetings

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge of IT product solutions and services
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and results-driven mindset
• Ability to understand customer business problems and qualify sales opportunities
