Job Description

Position Summary

We are representing our client in Singapore in the search for a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities within a digital and IT-driven environment. This role offers strong exposure to strategic IT sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and procurement transformation initiatives, with a clear development pathway into senior or regional procurement leadership roles. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore to deliver compliant, efficient, and value-driven procurement outcomes while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to contract and purchase order

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Lead supplier negotiations and manage ongoing vendor performance

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across IT, Digital, Finance, and Operations

  • Drive efficient use of eProcurement systems and ensure adherence to internal policies

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore procurement regulations and governance standards

  • Track market trends and provide sourcing and cost insights

  • Guide and mentor junior procurement team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • 5–6 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in Singapore

  • Experience supporting Digital / IT sourcing is advantageous

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with eProcurement tools and Microsoft Office

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment
