Job Description

We are a Singapore-based leading FinTech group companies with a strategic focus on the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector in Pakistan. We are looking for an IT manager with the initiatives targeting NBFC opportunities of Pakistan.

Job Title: IT Engineer/Manager

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT team, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives, including cybersecurity, cloud migration, and digital innovation.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity.
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Pakistani nationality and Singapore permernent resident or work permit holders.

·         Will work and fully abide by the company’s arrangements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive IT experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as network administration, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and database management.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects, budgets, and teams in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
